Use Check Availability on WhatsApp to send your preferred tour date, number of guests and pickup location. The team confirms availability, pickup eligibility and final arrangements before confirming the booking.

Sending an inquiry does not complete or guarantee a reservation. Any different transfer or optional-activity arrangements require separate confirmation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel at least 24 hours before your tour for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour and no-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling is free. Eligible refunds are issued without bank or payment-processing deductions.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Details

The 24-hour cancellation deadline is calculated from your scheduled hotel pickup time in Dubai (GST, UTC+4). To cancel, contact our office by phone. Your cancellation request is recorded when our office receives your call.

Free rescheduling is available with at least 12 hours' notice before your scheduled hotel pickup, subject to availability. There is no fixed limit on free rescheduling requests.
